Terms & Conditions

Template notice. This document is a professional template maintained by Juncify. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel in each jurisdiction where Juncify operates before being relied on as final binding terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Juncify (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you.

3. Accounts & one identity per person

Juncify is built on trust. Each person is entitled to exactly one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person, business, or entity;
  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
  • Solicit or attempt to obtain fake reviews, ratings, endorsements, or manipulate the trust rating in any way;
  • Use the Service to spam, scrape, resell data, or run automated systems without our express written consent;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
  • Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, reviews, showcase items, messages, junctions, applications). By posting content, you grant Juncify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it.

6. Reviews, ratings & reputation

Reviews on Juncify must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. Fabricated, incentivised, or retaliatory reviews are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of the review and suspension of your account. Every profile on Juncify is public; reputation is earned and visible.

7. Verified professionals & junctions

Verification badges indicate that a member has submitted documents we have reviewed. Verification is not a guarantee of workmanship, outcome, or safety. Users engage professionals and post junctions (jobs / side quests) at their own risk. Juncify is a platform, not a party to any agreement between users.

8. Platform moderation

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms, applicable law, or the spirit of a trustworthy community. Reports may be submitted through the in-product reporting tools.

9. Account suspension & termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for repeated or serious violations, fraud, safety concerns, or as required by law. Certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

10. Intellectual property

The Juncify name, logo, design system, source code, and platform are the property of Juncify and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, OAuth sign-in, email delivery, storage, and payments). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juncify and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juncify from any claim or demand arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Juncify's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
